RENERCO Renewable Energy Concepts AG has been active in the renewable energies sector since 1989. Current business activities concentrate on wind energy, photovoltaics, geothermal energy, and bioenergy. The regional focus is on the German domestic market and the rest of Europe.
In collaboration with local partners, RENERCO develops projects from “green field” through to the development stage. Professional project planning ensures the best possible utilisation of the available land. The core competencies of RENERCO include site assessment, securing the land, and obtaining the necessary permits.
In addition to own development projects, RENERCO takes over projects at various development stages.
Experienced project managers oversee these projects and ensure their successful completion. Integrated feasibility planning ensures optimum adaptation to site conditions and technical and economic requirements. Comprehensive technical documentation is an integral element of our quality assurance process.
Within technical and commercial operations management, RENERCO currently oversees a range of projects -where technolgies from various manufacturers are used- with a total installed output of more than 550 MW. Through intensive monitoring, regular on-site inspections, and fault analyses the company helps minimise down-time and boost plant lifetimes.
Investment and leasing companies, banking institutions and institutional investors rely on RENERCO’s know-how and experience for technical and commercial analyses of projects, including complete due diligence. RENERCO also supports investors during the construction and operational phase of a project. To date, the company has serviced or are in the process of servicing over 90 projects. Overall, the respective investment volume is more than three billion euros.
