Eolia Renovables integrates pan-European wind farm operator renergys

Zurich, Switzerland - Eolia Renovables, a Spanish renewable energy company managed by N+1 Eolia, announces the acquisition of the renergys Group.

renergys, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, is a pan-European wind energy developer, owner and operator with a portfolio of wind assets in Germany, France, Poland and Portugal. The company is currently owned by GermanCapital, Ramius Capital, Sopaf and Morgan Stanley.
