ET Solar Provides 4.8 MW Solar Panels for Two Utility Projects in Chile

San Francisco, USA - ET Solar Group Corp. on Friday announced that it has provided 4.8 megawatt (MW) of solar PV panels for two utility scaled projects in Chile.

Located in Combarbala, the IV Region, the projects, namely PSF Pama and PSF Lomas Coloradas, are being constructed by Coener SpA. The owner of the projects is an investment Chilean company called Andacollo de Inversiones. Both projects are of utility scale and will be connected to the grid with a personal off-taker by the end of this year. Each project has an installed capacity of 2.4 MW, with an estimated total annual yield of 10.84 GWh.

Mr. Dennis She, President and CEO of ET Solar, commented, "We're very delighted to work with Coener SpA on these sizeable projects. With its ideal sun hour conditions and relatively high electricity costs, Chile is becoming a fast growing solar PV energy user and a great example of the grid-parity driven market. With the vast experience and expertise we acquired elsewhere in the world in the past decade, we are very confident to be a significant contributor to the growth of the renewable energy sector of the country."

"We very much enjoy our cooperation with ET Solar with its high product quality, excellent service, and strong technical expertise," said Luis Ljubetic, Managing Director of Coener SpA. "With the success of these projects, we very much look forward to working with ET Solar on larger projects as we grow our business going forward."
