Nordex delivers turbines for wind farm developed by Volkswind

Hamburg - Nordex SE has been awarded another contract for the delivery and installation of a wind farm for power producer Steag New Energies. The project was developed by the German wind energy specialist Volkswind.

The contract between Nordex and Staeg New Energies includes a 15-year premium service. Installation of the seven N100/2500 turbines is to commence in January 2016, with the 17.5 MW farm to go into operation in summer of the same year.
